My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms, offered at a discount, were like Comfort Inn rooms and had some maintenance issues like a broken toilet seat and shower drain plug. Unfortunately, upon arrival after a long drive, I was informed that the suite I booked was overbooked. The service, mostly handled by the manager, seemed a bit off, but the registration counter staff were professional and friendly. The location, with its beautiful surroundings and nice casino, was great for couples, although communication mishaps affected guest service. The dining experience, especially at Broken Arrow restaurant, was delightful, with outstanding staff. Despite some challenges, the hotel's facilities were satisfactory.
